Tasks

• • Maintenance, repair, and servicing of buildings and technical equipment
• • Carrying out repairs in the areas of plumbing, heating, and electrical systems
• • Maintenance and monitoring of technical equipment and security systems
• • Support for renovation and new construction projects on site
• • Coordination and supervision of external service providers and tradespeople

requirements

• • Completed vocational training, ideally in the field of building services, facility management, or similar
• • Initial professional experience in building maintenance or as a caretaker (m/f/d) is an advantage
• • Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• • Reliability, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
• • Flexibility for on-call duty and weekend work
