Tasks

• Preparation of sample sheets from reference fiber at the start of the layer (including fiber removal from production, weighing, pH measurement, sheet formation, drying, cutting, measurements, and documentation)
• Performing tests as described above, measuring according to valid test instructions 
• Determination of the shot content of the finished product
• Complete and accurate documentation of bales and pallets
• Handing over the measurement results to the shift supervisor and interpreting the measurement results
• Entering the measured values into the recording file

requirements

• Ideally, initial professional experience in production or in a skilled trade
• Prior knowledge in the field of quality is desirable.
• Mindfulness, accuracy, and quality awareness are required.
• Willingness to work shifts (continuous 4-shift system)
• Willingness to work temporarily in production when there are few orders in the laboratory
• Very good knowledge of German, including written German
