Body builder (m/f/d)

Job description

We are looking for an experienced bodywork technician (m/f/d) for our customer to start as soon as possible. In this position, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and construction of vehicle bodies and will ensure that vehicles are professionally restored in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Tasks

• Repair and maintenance of car bodies on passenger cars or commercial vehicles
• Assessment of accident damage and determination of the scope of repairs
• Dent removal, straightening, and welding work on bodywork and vehicle components
• Replacement and installation of body components
• Working with straightening benches, welding equipment, and special tools
• Preparing vehicles for painting
• Conducting quality and visual inspections
• Compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturer specifications

requirements

• Completed training as a bodywork technician, bodywork and vehicle mechanic, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of bodywork and vehicle construction desirable
• Knowledge of welding, straightening, and repair techniques
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Careful, independent, and reliable way of working
• Team spirit and quality awareness
• Class B driver's license an advantage
