Quality inspector (m/f/d)

Job description

We are looking for a reliable quality inspector (m/f/d) to join a well-known car manufacturer in Hanover as soon as possible. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality in ongoing production and will play a key role in maintaining the high quality standards of the automotive industry.

Tasks

• Performing quality checks on vehicles, assemblies, and individual parts
• Visual, dimensional, and functional inspections according to specified inspection instructions
• Documentation of test results and deviations
• Recognizing, evaluating, and reporting quality defects
• Rework and sorting activities for defective components
• Collaboration with production, quality assurance, and supervisors
• Compliance with quality, safety, and process requirements
• Working according to inspection plans, work instructions, and automotive industry standards

requirements

• Initial experience in quality control or production, ideally in the automotive industry
• Technical understanding and a keen eye for detail
• Confident use of simple measuring and testing equipment is an advantage
• Reliable, careful and structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work shifts (2- or 3-shift system)
• Good written and spoken German
