For our client, an established provider of integration assistance, we are looking for a dedicated remedial therapist (m/f/d) for a residential care home to start as soon as possible. Tasks
- Educational support and assistance for people with disabilities in everyday life
- Promoting independence and social participation
- Planning and implementation of individual support measures
- Assistance with basic care (as needed)
- Documentation and participation in aid and support planning
- Cooperation with relatives, legal guardians, and specialist services
requirements
- Completed training as a remedial therapist (m/f/d)
- Empathy, appreciation, and a professional understanding of roles
- Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Ideally, experience in residential care
