Job description

On behalf of our client—an established provider of integration assistance—we are looking for a responsible and professionally experienced group leader (m/f/d) for a residential facility. In this position, you will take on educational work as well as coordinating and managerial tasks within a multi-professional team.

Tasks

• Professional management of a residential group
• Organization and coordination of educational and nursing processes
• Staff scheduling and guidance
• Ensuring and further developing the quality of care
• Creation and updating of assistance and support plans
• Close cooperation with relatives, legal guardians, and specialist services
• Participation in conceptual developments

requirements

• Completed training as a remedial therapist, educator, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in residential care desirable
• Ideally, initial management experience
• Organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Communication skills and appreciative leadership style
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
