On behalf of our client—an established provider of integration assistance—we are looking for a responsible and professionally experienced group leader (m/f/d) for a residential facility. In this position, you will take on educational work as well as coordinating and managerial tasks within a multi-professional team.

Tasks
- Professional management of a residential group
- Organization and coordination of educational and nursing processes
- Staff scheduling and guidance
- Ensuring and further developing the quality of care
- Creation and updating of assistance and support plans
- Close cooperation with relatives, legal guardians, and specialist services
- Participation in conceptual developments
requirements
- Completed training as a remedial therapist, educator, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in residential care desirable
- Ideally, initial management experience
- Organizational skills and sense of responsibility
- Communication skills and appreciative leadership style
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
