Tasks

• Verarbeitung und Überprüfung von Gehaltsabrechnungen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Lohn- und Gehaltsvorschriften
• Creation and management of personnel files
• Berechnung von Abgaben und Steuern
• Support with the implementation and maintenance of payroll software
• Beratung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitern bei lohnbezogenen Fragen
• Preparation of reports and analyses in the area of payroll
• Coordination with other departments for smooth processes
• Durchführung von Audits und Überprüfungen der Payroll-Prozesse
• Updating and maintaining employee data

requirements

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Several years of experience in payroll accounting
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungssoftware
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Good knowledge of labor and tax law
