Machine Operator (m/f/d)

Job description

In cooperation with our partner in the packaging industry in 76646 Bruchsal, we are currently looking for machine operators (m/f/d). The position is temporary—a direct employment contract after 12 months will be discussed in advance. The position is full-time and involves three shifts (early, late, and night shifts on a weekly rotation).

Tasks

• Installation and conversion of machines and systems
• Monitoring machine running times and production processes
• Performing quality checks and adjustment modifications
• Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting during production
• Documentation of machine parameters and work performed

• Relevant professional experience in machine operation, ideally with completed technical training
• Technical understanding and precise working methods
• Willingness to work shifts
• (Very) good knowledge of German
