Tasks
- Outsourcing to external companies
- Supervising the control and regulation of building technology
- Coordinating and monitoring service and maintenance work on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary facilities
- Maintenance of the buildings
- Participation in the documentation of all facility management tasks
requirements
- Completed training as an HVAC plant mechanic with further training as a master craftsman or technician
- Professional experience in the field of HSHK, ideally in a comparable position
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Class B driver's license
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as a high degree of initiative and responsibility
