Tasks
- Operating welding systems with robots and pre-equipping the systems
- Operating circular welding systems and pre-equipping the systems
- Manual welding using the MAG process (pipe connections, etc., wall thicknesses > 2 mm) Pressure-tight up to 400 bar, leak-free
- Performing a direct visual inspection of the joined parts in accordance with EN ISO 5817-B
- Measuring and checking machined parts
- Logging initial acceptance tests
- Maintaining control cards
- On-time processing of orders
requirements
- Welding skills and valid welding certificate required, if possible:
1.3 EN – 9606 – 1 135 T FW FM 3 S t 8.5 D 80 PB ml or3.1 EN – 9606 – 1 141 T FW FM 3 S t 8.5 D 80 PB ml
- Clothing suitable for welding (non-flammable material)
- Sense of responsibility and flexibility
- Independent working style and high quality standards
- 2-shift availability (early shift from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., late shift from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.)
- Ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken German
- Crane license (as required by the professional associations in accordance with DGUV 52 and 309-003, DGUV 720)
- Reading technical drawings
- Own car and driver's license, as public transportation connections are poor
