Tasks

• Management of one shift in a 3-shift system
• Personnel and resource planning in coordination with the production manager
• Compliance with the provisions of the quality management manual and occupational health and safety regulations
• Management of production performance, personnel issues, and EHS standards (Environment, Health & Safety)
• Ensuring a transparent flow of information
• Identification of areas where improvements can be made and definition of action plans
• Team performance management: Identifying team problems, determining areas where team members' performance can be optimized, leading teamwork, leading problem-solving groups
• Ensuring the correct number of available employees
• Ensuring compliance with standardized working methods and regular performance reviews
• Ensuring suitable staffing
• Coordination of smooth operations within the area of responsibility
• Investigation of the causes of rework and scrap
• Complaint handling and enforcement of corrective measures
• Reporting to production and plant management
• Responsibility for order management, picking, and assembly

requirements

• Technical training
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of MS Office desirable
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
• High sense of quality and responsibility
