Tasks
- Receiving and processing customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat
- Recording and maintaining customer data and documenting interactions in the system
- Resolving inquiries, problems, and complaints in compliance with quality standards
- Advising customers on products, services, and offers
- Forwarding complex inquiries to the relevant departments and following up on open cases
requirements
- Completed training or initial professional experience in customer service or call centers
- Friendly, communicative manner and empathy when dealing with customers
- Ability to convey complex information in an understandable way and respond to individual needs
- Confident use of common PC applications and call center software
- Team-oriented approach to work and high resilience, even in stressful situations
