Tasks

  • Receiving and processing customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat
  • Recording and maintaining customer data and documenting interactions in the system
  • Resolving inquiries, problems, and complaints in compliance with quality standards
  • Advising customers on products, services, and offers
  • Forwarding complex inquiries to the relevant departments and following up on open cases

requirements

  • Completed training or initial professional experience in customer service or call centers
  • Friendly, communicative manner and empathy when dealing with customers
  • Ability to convey complex information in an understandable way and respond to individual needs
  • Confident use of common PC applications and call center software
  • Team-oriented approach to work and high resilience, even in stressful situations
