Tasks

• Creating and maintaining work plans, production orders, and parts lists
• Preparation of work instructions and process documentation
• Coordination and preparation of production orders, material requirements, and resource planning
• Monitoring and ensuring the timely provision of materials and manufacturing resources
• Close communication with production to ensure smooth order processing
• Optimization and standardization of manufacturing processes and procedures
• Conducting working time analyses and production controlling to identify potential for improvement
• Support with the introduction of new products and processes
• Collaboration with quality assurance to ensure product quality and compliance with standards and regulations
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements in production

requirements

• Completed technical training, ideally as an industrial mechanic, work preparation specialist, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in work preparation, production, or manufacturing technology
• Very good knowledge of production planning and control
• In-depth knowledge of creating work plans, parts lists, and manufacturing documentation
• Experience in working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Analytical thinking and the ability to optimize production processes
• High level of responsibility, teamwork, and flexibility
• Very good written and spoken German, English skills an advantage
