Tasks
- Monitoring and control of production facilities for paper manufacturing
- Quality control of manufactured paper products
- Performing maintenance and repair work on machines and systems
- Analysis of production processes and process optimization
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Collaboration with technical support in troubleshooting
- Documentation of production data and creation of reports
- Development and implementation of improvement proposals
requirements
- Completed training in paper technology or comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge of paper manufacturing and processing
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of paper machines
- Good knowledge of quality assurance and process optimization
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work shifts
- Confident use of MS Office and industry-specific software tools
