Job description

We are looking for a Team Leader Logistics / Logistics Supervisor (m/f/d) for our international logistics customer in Meppen.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the daily implementation of performance targets within the team
• Coordination of employees
• Contact person for special logistics issues in day-to-day business
• Responsibility for safety, order, and cleanliness in the warehouse
• Supporting the shift supervisor in day-to-day operations and process improvement
• Training and instruction of new employees and work processes
• Team motivation, appreciation, and role modeling

requirements

• Training in logistics
• Ideally, experience in warehouse logistics
• Initial experience in personnel management
• Willingness to work shifts (2-shift system)
• You tackle challenges in a solution-oriented manner and can quickly familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility.
• Confident communication in German, ideally supplemented by other foreign languages (English, Russian, Ukrainian)
• First experiences with Excel
• Reliability, a high level of commitment and resilience, as well as your strong social skills round off your profile.
