Tasks

• Managing a shift (early/late) of employees in the production area in compliance with quality specifications
• Control of operational processes within a shift
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and occupational safety in the specified area of responsibility, as well as ensuring the quality of current products
• Daily maintenance and monitoring of production figures, fault reports, documentation, etc.
• Management, planning, coordination, and supervision of the team under your responsibility (training new employees, conducting employee appraisals, etc.)

requirements

• Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic, industrial foreman, technician, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a production environment with strong leadership skills
• Practical experience in leading and managing teams and projects in a manufacturing company
• Ability to work in a team, empathy, strong communication skills, motivation, and assertiveness
• Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
• Good written and spoken German
