Job description

On behalf of a renowned client in the Eschborn am Taunus region, we are looking for you as an educational specialist (m/f/d) on a full-time or part-time basis.

Tasks

• Planning and implementation of educational programs for children and young people
• Promoting the individual development of those in care in social, emotional, and cognitive areas
• Supervision of group activities and leisure time activities
• Collaboration with parents and other professionals to support developmental processes
• Documentation of development progress and regular participation in team meetings

requirements

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum staatlich anerkannten Erzieher (m/w/d) oder abgeschlossenes Studium im pädagogischen Bereich (Pädagogik, Erziehungswissenschaften, Soziale Arbeit)
• Experience working with children and young people is an advantage
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Creativity and flexibility in dealing with different needs and situations
