Tasks
- Advice and support for young people in social, financial, and legal matters
- Development and implementation of individual support and assistance plans
- Crisis intervention and support in difficult life situations
- Collaboration with other professionals and institutions (e.g., youth welfare offices, schools, health services)
- Documentation of case work and regular evaluation of progress
requirements
- Completed degree in social work, social pedagogy, or comparable qualification
- Practical experience working with socially disadvantaged children and young people aged 3 to 12
- High empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to act in stressful situations
- Ability to work in a team and interdisciplinarity when collaborating with other professionals
- Organizational skills and a sense of responsibility when handling individual cases
