Service technician (m/f/d)

Job description

To support our rapidly growing customer in the Munich area, we are looking for a full-time service technician (m/f/d) for gate and door systems to support the service team in direct sales.

Tasks

• Troubleshooting on gate and door systems, lifting platforms, and fire protection elements
• Performing maintenance and inspections
• Modernization work and installation of new systems
• Orders from dispatch directly to your tablet/mobile phone and in coordination with the office
• Documentation and reporting
• Competent advice and support for our customers
• Area of operation in the greater Munich area

requirements

• Completed training in a technical profession, e.g., locksmith, mechatronics engineer, electrician, mechanic, industrial mechanic
• Several years of professional experience in the areas described above, particularly in the field of maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of electronics desirable or willingness to undergo further training in this area
• Experience in gate/door/loading technology, ideally with further training as a qualified person
• Confident manner and strong service and customer focus
• Manual dexterity, knowledge of metal construction desirable
• Driver's license, at least class B
• You have German language skills at least at level B.
