Tasks

• Responsibility for the operation and monitoring of production facilities for the preparation/processing of raw materials
• Implementation of in-process controls
• Documentation and maintenance of protocols in accordance with GMP specifications
• Supply of auxiliary and operating materials for production and their proper disposal
• Cleaning and setting up the systems, including the production environment
• Active support of the maintenance team during maintenance and repair work
• Introduction of optimization and improvement potentials to increase the efficiency of the production facilities

requirements

• Completed training as a dairy technologist (m/f/d), food technology specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in the production of an industrial company, e.g. chemical technician (m/f/d), pharmaceutical technician (m/f/d) is required
• Sound knowledge and experience in the operation and control of modern process systems (ideally drying systems)
• High awareness of the environment, energy and occupational safety
• Sound technical know-how
• Organizational talent with flexibility and resilience
• Strong understanding of high hygiene requirements
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Good written and spoken German
