Tasks

• Management and leadership of shift employees as shift supervisor (m/f/d) Process control technology to ensure smooth production processes within the shift 
• Controlling and monitoring production processes and operating production facilities using process control technology at the Bitterfeld-Wolfen site
• Recognizing and eliminating production faults, carrying out minor maintenance and repair work 
• Checking compliance with quality parameters and customer specifications as part of product quality assurance 
• Assembly and packaging of the end product

requirements

• Completed vocational training as a chemical technician (m/f/d), chemical production specialist (m/f/d), or comparable training 
• Several years of professional experience as a shift supervisor (m/f/d) in process control technology or in a comparable position in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the chemical or processing industry 
• Confident use of process control technology and basic PC skills  
• Willingness to work fully continuous shifts at the Bitterfeld-Wolfen site is essential. 
• German language spoken and written (C1)
