Job description

 On behalf of our client, we are looking for a commercial clerk (m/f/d) with a forklift license as part of a temporary employment arrangement.

Tasks

  • Managing and monitoring the loading equipment accounts
  • Create accompanying documents, e.g. delivery bills and freight documents 
  • Staff scheduling and employee management 
  • Disposition of the products produced 
  • Booking freight space with freight forwarders 
  • Accounting control of incoming freight invoices 
  • Deputizing for the dispatch manager during absences 

requirements

  • Completed (commercial) training 
  • Experience in logistics an advantage 
  • Very good knowledge of German 
  • Good knowledge of English 
  • Experience in working with a PC 
  • Navision knowledge desirable 
  • Forklift license must be available
