Tasks

• Loading of trucks with potable alcohol (ENA); including hazardous goods checks, quality controls, sampling
• Ordering trains and wagons for loading, coordinating the factory shunting service in Zeitz
• Preparing freight and customs documents for trucks and trains, participating in the sensory panel (alcohol quality control)
• Acknowledgment, verification, and dispatch of invoices/credit notes, communication with customers, freight forwarders, and rail service providers
• Assist with inventories, stocktaking, inventory postings, etc. as a logistics specialist (m/f/d)

requirements

• Completed training as a logistics specialist (m/f/d) or comparable professional experience
• Knowledge of merchandise management and warehouse management
• Experience with logistics software and MS Office
• Valid forklift license and willingness to work shifts
• German language skills, both spoken and written (C1), own car recommended for traveling to the workplace in Zeitz
