CNC milling cutter (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Operation of CNC machines in large and small series production as well as in single-part production
• Clamping and machining workpieces
• Conversion and setup
• Perform initial piece inspection and correct and rework if necessary.
• Tool change and tool adjustment
• Measure and inspect workpieces according to the test plan
• Optimization of processes and tools
• Monitoring the production process

requirements

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d), CNC specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Practical experience in CNC machining is an advantage
• Knowledge of conventional turning and milling desirable
• Knowledge of Heidenhain controls desirable
• Programming skills are advantageous but not required
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Knowledge of reading drawings
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, and independent working style
