Tasks
- • Performing maintenance, inspection, and testing work on technical equipment
- • Condition monitoring by conducting rounds inside and outside the building
- • Monitoring and coordination of subcontractors, including acceptance inspections
- • Troubleshooting and repair in the field of technical building equipment
- • Digital documentation of activities performed via mobile devices
requirements
- • Completed training as an electrician, electronics technician, power plant electronics technician, or electrical engineer (m/f/d)
- • Experience in maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting
- • Technical understanding and meticulous approach to work
- • Ideally, basic knowledge of MS Office
- • Class B driver's license is an advantage
- • G examination
