Tasks

  • Independent handling of the entire payroll process, taking into account legal, collective bargaining, and social security requirements
  • Contact person for employees, managers, and internal interfaces—including for international assignments
  • Independent management of company pension schemes
  • Communication with health insurance companies and authorities, as well as support during audits
  • Participation in exciting local and global HR/payroll projects
  • Support with year-end closing activities (e.g., checking vacation carryovers, preparing income tax certificates, social security notifications)
     

requirements

  • Completed commercial training
  • At least two years of professional experience in the field of in-house payroll
  • Confident use of SAP and S/4 Hana in payroll accounting
  • Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1/A2)
  • Affinity for numbers, structured and independent way of working
  • Team spirit, service orientation, and resilience
