Tasks
- Independent handling of the entire payroll process, taking into account legal, collective bargaining, and social security requirements
- Contact person for employees, managers, and internal interfaces—including for international assignments
- Independent management of company pension schemes
- Communication with health insurance companies and authorities, as well as support during audits
- Participation in exciting local and global HR/payroll projects
- Support with year-end closing activities (e.g., checking vacation carryovers, preparing income tax certificates, social security notifications)
requirements
- Completed commercial training
- At least two years of professional experience in the field of in-house payroll
- Confident use of SAP and S/4 Hana in payroll accounting
- Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1/A2)
- Affinity for numbers, structured and independent way of working
- Team spirit, service orientation, and resilience
