We are looking for a dedicated freight forwarding agent (m/f/d) to join our logistics team at our Berlin location starting January 5, 2026.

Tasks
- Planning, organization, and handling of domestic and international shipments
- Preparation of all necessary shipping and export documents
- Control and selection of freight forwarders and transport service providers
- Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring optimal transport processes
- Close cooperation with production, purchasing, and warehouse logistics
- Control and documentation of goods movements in the ERP system
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements in shipping and customs
- Optional: Customs clearance (import/export) including ATLAS declarations
requirements
- Completed training in freight forwarding, logistics, wholesale and foreign trade, or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in shipping or transport logistics
- Confident use of ERP and logistics systems, ideally SAP
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work
