Tasks

• Checking, recording, and documenting cases requiring clarification (e.g., damaged shipments, missing or illegible labels)
• Direct customer contact to coordinate measures in the event of damage or deviations at the Landsberg site (near Halle)
• Implementation of customer instructions, e.g., repair, repackaging, or relabeling of shipments
• Ergänzung und Pflege fehlender Sendungsinformationen im Warenwirtschaftssystem als Teamleiter Logistik (m/w/d) 
• Labeling, repackaging, and proper sorting of packages, forwarding of clarification cases, including documentation to the client

requirements

• Completed training in logistics or comparable qualification
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel, very good written and spoken German (C1)
• Erfahrung als Teamleiter Logistik (m/w/d)  wünschenswert, Sachbearbeitung oder Sendungsklärung von Vorteil
• Basic knowledge of merchandise management systems desirable
• Own car recommended for traveling to the workplace in Landsberg (near Halle)
