Tasks

• Performing maintenance and repair work on technical equipment as an in-house technician (m/f/d)
• Fault diagnosis and repair of building services systems
• Installation and commissioning of new technical equipment
• Monitoring energy consumption values and implementing energy-saving measures
• Advising tenants or owners on technical issues and malfunctions at the Schkeuditz site

requirements

• Completed training in building services engineering or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a building technician (m/f/d) in the maintenance and servicing of building technology
• In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering, heating, and sanitary systems
• German language spoken and written (C1)
• Valid Class B driver's license for the use of service vehicles in Schkeuditz
