Tasks

• Conducting chemical, physical, and sensory analyses of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products at the Erfurt site
• Conducting microbiological tests on raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products
• Conducting microbiological tests on operational hygiene, documenting and evaluating the analysis results 
• Reserve sample management and sample dispatch
• Performing incoming goods and finished goods inspections as a food technology laboratory assistant (m/f/d) 

requirements

• Completed training as a food technology laboratory assistant (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• solid knowledge of food analysis
• Proficient use of MS Office
• German language skills, both spoken and written (C1), English language skills, both spoken and written, are an advantage
• Fully continuous shift system – good public transport connections in Erfurt
