Job description

For our client, a leading machine and plant manufacturer in the Rosenheim area, with remuneration in accordance with ERA, we are looking for you as a CNC machine operator (m/f/d) for a long-term assignment.

Tasks

• Processing of complex milled parts according to drawings on controlled CNC machines
• Working on controlled 3, 4 and 5-axis machines with Heidenhain controls
• Working with DMG NEF 400/DMG CTX beta with Siemens and Heidenhain controls
• Independent processing of production orders
• Operating and setting up machines/equipment according to technical and economic aspects
• Determining the processing sequences with regard to different production technologies and economic aspects
• Creation, modification and optimization of CNC programs (ISO programs)
• Implementation of the program transfer (DNC operation)
• Checking the produced parts and creating error messages or rectifying the error

requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic machining (m/f/d)Several years of professional experience on 3 or 4-axis milling machines
• Independent and flexible work Programming with C- and Y-axis
• Flexible, independent work on controlled machines
• Programming experience required
• SAP/PC basic knowledge
