Tasks
- Processing customer inquiries and preparing quotations
- Management and maintenance of customer data
- Coordination of sales activities and order processing
- Supporting the sales team in preparing customer presentations
- Conducting market and competition analyses
- Preparation of sales and performance reports
- Support and advice for existing customers
- Support in organizing trade fairs and events
- Telephone and written correspondence with customers in foreign languages
- Translation of sales documents and marketing materials
requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in internal sales or customer service
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented and service-conscious attitude
- Independent and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
