Tasks

• Design of extruders and tools for the rubber industry, as well as equipment for the continuous vulcanization of profiles using microwaves, infrared radiators, hot air, and salt baths.
• Design of system assemblies such as caterpillar conveyors, cooling devices, winders, etc. for integration into complete production lines, new development and further development of machines and system assemblies
• Optimization of existing and new designs in terms of quality, cost-effectiveness, and occupational safety at the Halle (Saale) site
• Creation of parts lists, collaboration with the purchasing department, support for sales in the preparation of quotations asa special machine construction engineer (m/f/d) 

requirements

• Completed degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or plastics engineering
• Extensive experience asa design engineer for special-purpose machinery (m/f/d) 
• In-depth knowledge of the application of 3D CAD programs on
• German language (C2) and English language (B2) spoken and written
• Own car to reach the workplace in Halle (Saale)
