Are you a strong communicator, organized, and enjoy working with customers? Then this position is just right for you! We are looking for a dedicated office communications clerk (m/f/d) in the customer service department for our client.

Tasks

  • Goods issue and processing of customer payments
  • Personal advice and support for our customers, especially in online printing—both at reception and on the phone, including preparing quotes.
  • Coordinating and arranging appointments with customers by phone and email
  • You will take on any back office tasks that arise.

requirements

  • Ideally, you will have completed commercial or comparable training.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Organizational skills and communication are in your DNA
