Tasks

• Close collaboration with our customer Siemens Mobility 
• Monitoring and controlling orders to ensure on-time delivery to customers 
• Contact person for employees, our customers, and external partners in case of deviations 
• Initiation of corrective measures in the event of deviations 
• Proactive communication of deviations and measures taken to our customers 
• Support with complaint handling 
• Maintenance of data in the warehouse management system 
• Collaboration on continuous process optimization

• Completed technical, commercial, or logistics training 
• Several years of professional experience in logistics processes 
• You are characterized by flexibility, commitment, and teamwork skills.
