Job description
Management and supervision of a logistics team to ensure efficient, timely, and quality-oriented flow of goods in the warehouse and shipping area. The position serves as an operational and organizational interface between warehouse staff, scheduling, production, and other internal departments.

Tasks
- Operational management of the logistics team, including personnel deployment planning, shift coordination, and task allocation
- Monitoring and control of warehouse processes, e.g., goods receipt, order picking, storage, stock transfer, and shipping
- Ensuring a smoothflow of materials between the warehouse, production, and external partners
- Coordination of transport processes and coordination with freight forwarders or internal transport departments
- Monitoring process quality, compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuousoptimization
- Support with inventories, stock checks, and error analyses in the warehouse management system
- Training and instruction of employees in work processes, safety issues, and quality standards.
Participation in projects and process improvements
requirements
- Completed vocational training in logistics desirable
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics processes and in personnel management
- Good knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, andorganizational talent
- Sense of responsibility, resilience, andsolution-oriented thinking
- Willingness to work shifts
- German language, spoken and written, English skills at least good basic knowledge
