Service technician (m/f/d)

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated service technician in Offenburg who is willing to travel worldwide to support our customers on site and ensure that our products function flawlessly.

Tasks

• Installation and commissioning of our new machines at customer sites worldwide (approx. 60% in the DACH region / 40% internationally)
• On-site instruction and training for the customer
• Performing repair, service, and maintenance work on the machines on site 

requirements

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics engineer (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable training
• Further training to become a master craftsman or technician would be an advantage.
• Several years of professional experience as a field service technician
• Independent and autonomous work
• Unrestricted willingness to travel for regular assignments at home and abroad
• Good knowledge of English required
• High level of commitment and strong customer focus
