Tasks

• Production of templates as models
• Determination of the welding process and cutting tool
• Thorough reading of the project and construction plan and correct interpretation
• Carrying out preliminary and final assembly
• Pre- and post-processing of materials used
• Use of measuring instruments for quality control
• Maintenance of welding equipment, machines, and tools

requirements

• Completed vocational training as a construction mechanic (m/f/d), welder (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of welding and construction technology
• Knowledge of various welding processes 
• Very good understanding of the properties of metals and materials
• Handling welding equipment and automatic welding machines
• Ability to read written instructions and construction plans
• Good physical resilience and heat resistance
• Very good gross and fine motor skills
• Good German language skills
