Workshop Manager (m/f/d) / Master Electrician (m/f/d)

Job description

We are looking for an experienced master electrician (m/f/d) for a challenging and varied position in which comprehensive knowledge and skills in the maintenance, commissioning, and installation of technical equipment and systems can be optimally applied and further developed.

Tasks

• Planning, coordination, and execution of installation, repair, maintenance, and commissioning of technical equipment with in-house personnel and external service providers
• Ensuring smooth production processing, including all upstream and downstream tasks such as material requirements planning, quality control, and cleanliness
• Responsible for compliance with safety regulations and testing of manufactured switchgear, as well as training of employees
• Communication with internal and external contacts, particularly in the area of switch cabinet manufacturing, such as scheduling for order processing and deliveries
• Collaboration with all departments of the company
• Workshop team leader

requirements

• Completed technical training with further training as a master electrician or electrical engineer
• Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering and assembly
• Independent, service-oriented, and success-oriented work
• Confident use of Microsoft Office
• Team player and communicative
• Committed and customer-friendly attitude
• Knowledge of EPLAN P8 and/or PLC controllers Step7 Tia is an advantage
