Tasks
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC lathes
- Independent setup of the machines
- Customizing and optimizing CNC programs
- Manufacture of individual parts and series according to technical drawings
- Dimension control with standard testing and measuring equipment
- Carrying out minor maintenance and servicing work
requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), alternativ Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) mit Fachrichtung Drehtechnick
- Several years of professional experience in CNC turning desirable
- Good knowledge of reading technical drawings
- Experience in working with common CNC controls (e.g., Siemens, Fanuc, or comparable)
- Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good knowledge of German
