Tasks

•  
• Preparation and equipment of CNC machines
• Supplementing existing programming and operating CNC machining centers
• Manufacture of workpieces, individual parts, and small series ( turning and milling) in 3D machining with multi-axis machines according to drawings
• Simulation of production in the system, correction of errors, documentation of corrections, and storage of the finished program
• Independent optimization of setup times
• Adjustment and measurement of tools according to tool data sheet
• Entering tool data into the CNC machine
• Implementation of worker self-inspection according to drawings

• Completed three-year specialized vocational training as a machining mechanic
• Initial professional experience in a comparable position is desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of 2-3 machines with geometry-controlled programming systems
• German language skills at level C1
• Basic knowledge of SAP
