Late shift groupage outbound clerk (m/f/d)

Job description

We are looking for you to join our renowned major client in the logistics industry as a clerk (m/f/d) for consolidated goods dispatch on the late shift.

Tasks

• You receive drivers and freight documents, coordinate interaction with our warehouse, and book incoming shipments in yard management.
• You route general cargo shipmentsto our various networks based on economic considerations and send the outgoing data via EDI.
• You create and edit all necessary transport documents and hand them over to the drivers.
• You create loading lists and monitor loading—especially scheduled and guaranteed shipments—in close coordination with the warehouse.

requirements

• • You have completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or have comparable professional experience in the field of freight forwarding and general cargo.
  • On-call duty (2 p.m. to 10 p.m.)
  • You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner.
  • You have strong communication skills and are a team player.
  • You are confident in using MS Office programs.
