Tasks

• Independent construction and modification of prototypes of motorhome components and complete vehicles.
• Analysis, resolution, and documentation of technical challenges in the development process.
• Installation, maintenance, and optimization of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems in vehicles (e.g., on-board electronics, supply systems, chassis components).
• Manufacture of individual parts and small series using various craft techniques.
• Support in selecting and integrating new technologies and materials.
• Collaboration with master craftsmen, engineers, and designers to transform design drawings into functioning prototypes.
• Occasional activities similar to special machine construction (e.g., setting up test benches or special tools).

requirements

• Completed training as a mechatronics engineer, automotive mechanic, or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and servicing
• Careful, responsible and reliable way of working
