Late shift groupage outbound clerk (m/f/d)

Job description

We are looking for you to join our renowned major client in the logistics industry as a clerk (m/f/d) for consolidated goods dispatch on the late shift.

Tasks

•  
• You transfer incoming shipment data to our system as DFU, check it for completeness and accuracy, and make any necessary corrections.
• They receive courier mail and incoming documents, check them, and process them for the downstream process steps.
• You monitor compliance with time limits for incoming system traffic, process unloading reports, and are responsible for subsequent clarification with our system partners.
• You will be in close contact with drivers, the transshipment department, the service team, and other internal interfaces.

requirements

• • You have completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or have comparable professional experience in the field of freight forwarding and general cargo.
  • On-call duty (2 p.m. to 10 p.m.)
  • You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner.
  • You have strong communication skills and are a team player.
  • You are confident in using MS Office programs.
