Job description

We are looking for you as a Plant Mechanic for Heating, Sanitation, and Air Conditioning Technology (m/f/d) for our customer in building management.

Tasks

• Independent inspections, maintenance, and testing of building services equipment (e.g., heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing)
• Customer-oriented troubleshooting
• Proactive repair and maintenance
• Support and assistance with the customer's technical operations
• Digital documentation of activities carried out via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance logs)

requirements

• Training as an HVAC/R plant mechanic / mechatronics engineer specializing in refrigeration technology / central heating and ventilation engineer / gas and water installer or comparable qualification
• German language skills level B2
• Driving license B
