Tasks
- Planning, implementation, and supervision of educational activities for children aged 0 to 6 years
- Promoting children's individual development in social, emotional, and cognitive areas
- Support for the integration of children with special needs or from immigrant backgrounds
- Collaboration with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to promote the well-being of children
- Documentation of development processes and regular reflection within the team
requirements
- Completed training as an educator (m/f/d) or educational specialist (m/f/d)
- Experience working with children in nursery and elementary school settings, ideally in an educational institution such as a kindergarten and/or nursery
- Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills when dealing with children and parents
- Creativity and flexibility in the design of learning and leisure activities
- Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently
