requirements

• Immobilienfachwirt (m/w/d) oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkauffrau/-
  mann (m/w/d)
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gewerberaummietrecht ist von Vorteil                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
• Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular very good knowledge of SAP RE/FX and Excel (
  );
• Confidence in writing, routine in dealing with legal texts and contracts
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, affinity for numbers 
• Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
