Tasks

• Planung, Durchführung und Begleitung von pädagogischen Aktivitäten für Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter von 1 bis 12 Jahren in einer Einrichtung in der Region Schwalbach am Taunus
• Promoting children's individual development in social, emotional, and cognitive areas
• Support for the integration of children with special needs or from immigrant backgrounds
• Collaboration with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to promote the well-being of children
• Documentation of development processes and regular reflection within the team

requirements

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum staatlich anerkannten Erzieher (m/w/d) oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Erziehungswissenschaften oder Pädagogik
• Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen, idealerweise in einer pädagogischen Einrichtung als Erzieher oder pädagogische Fachkraft
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills when dealing with children and parents
• Creativity and flexibility in the design of learning and leisure activities
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently
