State-certified educator (m/f/d)

Job description

On behalf of our client in the Dreieich region, we are looking for you as a state-certified educator (m/f/d) on a full-time or part-time basis.

Tasks

• Planung, Durchführung und Begleitung von pädagogischen Aktivitäten für Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter von 1 bis 12 Jahren in verschiedenen Einrichtungen wie Krippe, Kita oder Hort im Region Dreieich
• Promoting children's individual development in social, emotional, and cognitive areas
• Support for the integration of children with special needs or from immigrant backgrounds
• Collaboration with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to promote the well-being of children
• Documentation of development processes and regular reflection within the team

requirements

• Completed training as a state-recognized educator (m/f/d) or completed degree in educational sciences
• Experience working with children and young people aged 1 to 12, ideally in an educational setting
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills when dealing with children and parents
• Creativity and flexibility in the design of learning and leisure activities
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently
