Job description

On behalf of a renowned client in the Frankfurt am Main region, we are looking for you as an educational specialist (m/f/d) on a full-time or part-time basis.

Tasks

• Planning and implementation of educational programs for children and young people aged 1 to 12
• Promoting the individual development of those in care in social, emotional, and cognitive areas
• Supervision of group activities and leisure activities at facilities such as daycare centers, nurseries, and after-school care centers
• Collaboration with parents and other professionals to support developmental processes
• Documentation of development progress and regular participation in team meetings

requirements

• Completed training as a state-recognized educator (m/f/d) or  Completed degree in the field of education (pedagogy, educational sciences) – mandatory!
• Experience working with children and young people aged 1 to 12 isan advantage
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Creativity and flexibility in dealing with different needs and situations
